COACHES
 
  Shannon Dawe is the Head Coach and Owner of Quantum Niagara Gymnastics Club. Presently coaching pre-competitive, provincial and national gymnasts. Coached since the age of 15yrs old. Certified level 3 artistic coach, level 2 trampoline and level 3.1 provincial judge. Chosen for Ontario mentorship program, apprentice coach at the 2009 Canadian
championships and attended 2008+2009 US National Congress.
Laurie McNeill is one of the 3 provincial coaches at Quantum. Laurie has been coaching for 25 years. Coaching for Quantum since the opening of the club. She is certified level 2 artistic gymnastics and former judge in artistic gymnastics and power tumbling.
  Gillian Barton is new to Quantum Niagara Gymnastics for the 2009-2010 season. Gillian has been coaching for 17 years in the sport. She is a great addition to our team of competitive coaches and also coaches pre-competitive. She is a level 2 certified coach and has her level 3 technical. She is also a level 2 certified in trampoline. Gillian recently attended the US National Congress in 2009.
  Melinda McCallum is instrumental in the rapid growth of Quantum's interclub program. Melinda has coached at Quantum for 4 years. She has many years of coaching experience and been coaching since 1996 in Nova Scotia. Melinda is level 2 certified in artistic gymnastics and trampoline.
  Ashley Ives has been with Quantum since its opening both as a coach and athlete. Ashley is a level 2 certified coach.She coaches both competitive and recreational programs. Ashley is also a student at Brock University in Physical Education. She competed this season as a Provincial level 7 athlete on floor and beam.
  Brianna Spratt has been at Quantum since the age of 5. She was a competitive athlete and retired from the sport in 2009. She has her level 3 in artistic coaching. Brianna coaches both competitive and recreational programs. She is currently attending Niagara College.
Sarah Gordon/Dekker has been a coach for Quantum since 2003. Sarah has coached competitive and recreational programs in her 7 years at the club. Sarah is a certified level 2 artistic coach and a retired provincial judge.
  Margarete Chase has been coaching for Quantum for 3 years. She moved to Niagara Falls from Barrie and is an enthusiastic individual with a strength in public relations. She developed a love to coach while watching her daughter achieve her goal of being a provincial gymnast. Margarete is an instrumental part of Quantum's recreational program and heads the
parent and tot program. She has her level 1 artistic coaching certification.
  Nicole Moscato has coached for Quantum for 4 years. She is just one of Quantum's popular coaches with a strength in dealing with children. Nicole is certified level 1 artistic coach eager to take her level 2. Nicole competed this season as a provincial level 7 gymnasts on beam and floor.
  Taylor Ellis has been with Quantum as both athlete and coach since the age of 5. She competed as a provincial level athlete until she retired in 2009. Taylor is one of Quantum's many recreational coaches and is level 1 certified.
  Kirsten Oakes has been with Quantum since the age of 8. She competed as a successful provincial athlete until she retired in 2009. Kirsten was part of many Ontario teams and was a great representative of Gymnastics Ontario. She was named team captain at the magical classic in Orlando Florida in 2009. Kirsten now coaches recreational and has her level 1
coaching certification.
Courtney Olah has been with Quantum since the age of 6. She was a provincial athlete for many years and retired in 2007. Courtney is one of Quantum's recreational coaches and has her level 1 coaching certification. Courtney has competed this season as a level 7 provincial gymnast on vault and floor.
Kendall Darnay has been with Quantum since the age of 6. She retired as a level 7 gymnast in 2008 qualifying to Eastern Canadians in Montreal. Kendall recently received her level 1 coaching certification.
  Megan Wright is new to Quantum this season. She is attending Brock University for business administration. She has her level 1 in artistic gymnastics. We have truly enjoyed having Megan at Quantum.
Stacy Kimberley is new to Quantum this season. Stacey enjoys coaching the older recreational gymnasts in our teen class.
Stacy is level 1 certified.
Stephanie Pyke is new to Quantum this season. Stephanie was a provincial level gymnast and still takes part in competitive cheerleading. She is a student at Brock University. Stephanie has demonstrated a love for coaching and is well liked by the other coaches and children. Stephanie has her level 1 artistic certification. We welcome Stephanie to the Quantum family.
Gina Brady has been involved in the sport of gymnastics for 13 years. Her daughter was a provincial level gymnast for many years. Gina has coached for Quantum for a few years and she is presently running the Boys and Girls Club program for Quantum. Gina has her level 1 coaching certification
Keolani Horlacher in new to Quantum this year. She has 8 years of coaching experience and is also certified in trampoline. Keolani has her level 1 technical. She is attending Brock University in the Recreation and Leisure program
  Alicia Wilson is a provincial level gymnast with a love for the sport. She is a jr. coach and anticipates the time when she can take her level 1.
  Jennifer Harrigan is a provincial level gymnast with a love for the sport. She enjoys working with young children in our mighty mites classes.
Monika Chase is a provincial level gymnast with a love for the sport. She truly enjoys working with our young competitive gymnasts and hopes to get her level 1 when she is old enough.
Kaitlyn Bannon is a provincial level gymnast who loves working with young children. She is a great help around the gym. Kaitlyn wants to be a coach when she is old enough.
Megan Taylor is a provincial level gymnast who loves working with young children. She helps one of our senior coaches with a talented group of up and coming children.
  Hannah Peter is a level 5 interclub gymnast who is very kind and patient with our younger gymnasts. She helps one of your senior coaches with a talented group of up and coming children.
Rebecca Peters is new to Quantum. She was a level 6 provincial gymnast until she retired in 2009. Rebecca truly loves the sport and is a great supporter of the club. She is a jr. coach presently, but, hopes to get her coaching certification so she can coach her own classes next season.
Taylor Mallett is currently a level 6 provincial gymnast. She jr. coaches with our mighty mites classes. Taylor is very enthusiastic and a great help to her senior coaches.
