COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS


"Niagara Acro Cats"

We offer competitive programs in various levels: ODP (developmental program for ages 5+6 year olds), levels 2-4, levels 5-9 and National levels. Areas which are emphasized in the competitive programs are physical conditioning, advanced gymnastic skills, athlete's willpower and personality factor, self-discipline and independence. Registration in competitive levels is done by invitation or testing only, with co-operation from gymnast, parents and head coach.
