TUMBLE BUGS
An opportunity for parent & child to explore the movements of gymnastics together, developing self confidence & motor skills. boys/girls ages:

MIGHTY MITES (Must be toilet trained) 2ND SESSION JAN 24/10-MAY 29/10
Basic gymnastics skills are taught on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. boys & girls age 3+4 yrs. 1 hour class/week.
NEW!!! We are now offering 2 sessions of 17 weeks. Fees are discounted if you sign up for the full 34 weeks.

GYMNASTICS 1
An excellent program with instructions on vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. This program provides an enjoyable experience which develops a higher level of fitness and an understanding of the fundamentals of gymnastics. Children will follow a Level System, which starts with the basics and progresses to more advanced skills. Beginner to Advanced classes are offered simultaneously. boys/girls age 6-8 yrs. *2 hour class/ week for 34 weeks.

GYMNASTICS 2
Same program as Gymnastics 1, but for older boys/girls. age 9-11 yrs. *2 hour class/week for 34 weeks.

BOYS ONLY PROGRAM 2ND SESSION JAN 24/10-MAY 29/10
Following same levels as above but strictly geared to boys programming. *age 6 yrs and up. *1.5hr class/week for 17 weeks.
Days and times TBA based on registrations
1st session $241.86 (3 post dated cheques of $80.62). Price includes insurance and G.S.T
2nd session $226.86 (3 post dated cheques of $75.62).

Insurance/Registration fee is not applicable to 2nd session if already paid for in 1st session. Full payment for session is due at time of registration. Fees are non refundable.
NOTES
Payment upon registration for above programs is dated on either the first or the fifteenth of the month from Sept. 2009 to Apr. 2010 OR payment may be made in full. Cheques are payable to Quantum Niagara Gymnastics Inc.. If paying cash full payment for full program must be paid at time of registration.
There will be no refund for programs paid in full.
To terminate your club membership, you must hand in a written request 2 weeks prior to your next cheque, and all your post-dated cheques will be returned to you. Failure to give this notice will result in the next cheque being cashed. Anyone not following this policy will have their account sent to Credit Bureau Collections. Registrations after January 1st are required to pay $100.00 deposit with registration form and will be billed the remaining pro-rated balance of the program.

ADULT/TEEN PROGRAM
16 years old and up- coed. Fun & Fitness, 1 1/2 hours/week. 17 week sessions. Schedule to be determined based on registration. Insurance/registration fee is not applicable to 2nd session if already paid for in first session. Full payment for session is due at time of registration. No refunds after session has begun.
ADVANCED KINDERGYM
Girls only- 3-5 years old. Following our Level system at faster rate (non-competitive program that feeds into the competitive program*2 hours/week for 34 weeks 2x1 hour classes per week. Schedule to be determined based on registration. Call for pricing.
ADVANCED RECREATIONAL
Girls only- 6 years and up. Following our Advanced Level system with the opportunity to compete in 6 hr program. *4 hours/week or 6 hours/week for 34 weeks. Schedule to be determined based on registration. Call for pricing.
TRAMPOLINE ~ Get Ready to Bounce!
Beginner to Intermediate Saturdays from 1:00-2:00
Rec. trampoline (boys/girls 6 to 8 yrs old), (boys/girls 9-11 yrs old), (boys/girls 12-15 yrs old), Teenbounce (co-ed 16 & up) 10 week sessions $140.76+ $15.00 ins./reg. fee. No refunds after classes have started.
Insurance/registration fee is for full season. Expiry date is June 30, 2010
