Notice of Warning

There is a potential risk for injury involved in training and participating in any sport. Both Gymnastics Ontario and Quantum Niagara Gymnastics Inc. have tried to create a safe and controlled environment for participation and conduct in and around the gymnastics area that MUST be followed. RULES ARE POSTED IN THE GYM.

All recreational programs run from Sept to the last week of May. Payments to be made in the form of cheques or cash ( in full ). Cheques are post-dated payable only on the 1^st or 15^th of the month , which will be required at time of registration in order to start classes. Refund requests must be made in writing 2 weeks prior in order to receive that months cheque. Once the letter is received the remaining post-dated cheques will be returned to you. There are no refunds for programs paid in full. Summer programs and Tumble Bugs programs are paid in full at time of registration with refunds only until the 3^rd consecutive class. Any classes that are cancelled by the coach or the gym will be made up as per coach’s availability. MISSED CLASSES FOR PERSONAL REASONS WILL NOT BE MADE UP. ANY CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO DANGEROUS WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE MADE UP.

All returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 service charge and must be replaced within 10 days of receiving notification from Quantum Niagara Gymnastics Inc. All overdue accounts will be turned over to Credit Bureau Collections. We reserve the right to prohibit training to any member who is not in good standing in accordance with Quantum’s policies and those set out by Gymnastics Ontario.
